OUTLOOK FOR WINDOWS
** COURSE DESCRIPTION **

INTRODUCTION

In Outlook Introduction, students get started with Outlook; work with the Address Book; use Contacts, Inbox, Journal, Notes, and Tasks; use Calendar to track appointments, events and manage meetings; work with forms and templates; and use Outlook with other applications. 

Prerequisite: Windows Introduction or equivalent course knowledge.

INTERMEDIATE

In Outlook Intermediate, students review the basic concepts presented in Outlook Introduction, customize Outlook, use advanced Calendar functions, use advanced Contacts features, manage Tasks, customize Inbox, use advanced Inbox features, use Outlook as a desktop manager, integrate Outlook with other Office applications, and use Outlook with the Internet.

Prerequisite: Outlook for Windows Introduction or equivalent course knowledge.
